No seriously..Got Milk? because you need it for that damaged hair!

I already told y'all the tea about it, now let me give y'all the tips.

Tip #1:

  • Cut off the damaged parts.

That's it for today, thank you for tun--

...Okay, okay let me start slow because I know the gworls that want to keep their length already exited out the blog

remember ladies and my gents; stop choosing length over health and here's why.

Since you want to keep your length, I'll give you another way to restore your hair awhile keeping the length. Grow your roots out BUT there are steps and procedures you have to take to stop your hair from splitting and breaking off-- yes, splitting & breaking. If your hair is damaged, it has some split ends in the process and break off and the more you keep your split ends; the more it splits- also break off. Both is affecting your hair.

Now here are some product recommendations that will slow down that process of splitting and break offs. Hair mayonnaise & castor oil.

The BEST hair mayo I'll give to you all is Africa's Best. Not going to tell you WHY 'cause I ain't getting paid too uhkay!

But I will tell you the benefits hair mayo does:

  • hair mayo is specifically used to nourish weak, damaged and dry hair for the time being

  • it has egg protein, olive oil, vitamins and lots of herbal extracts to replenish your hair

You can use it as a deep conditioner! Use it right after shampoo-ing or even after you condition for 5-10 minutes; follow by hair mayo for the rest of the 20 minutes (add up to 30 minutes total)

I recommend castor oil but as a sealing, as it is. You can lock in moisture & the rich goodies it gives your hair. It's a real thick oil promoting hair thickness and growth as a plus. It temporarily flatten the spilt ends. Until you cut them off of course ;)

That's it for today's blog post, try out the products I recommended and tell me if it was beneficial to you; until next time! <3
